About Qoray Mobility
Qoray is a clean energy-powered mobility solution that offers quality, cost-effective, reliable products with the primary mission to deliver innovative solutions through communities and partnerships.
We're on a mission to deliver life-changing solutions across multiple impact segments. Join us, help shape an energy-secure, sustainable, African future.
In 2022, QORAY's journey began with focused research and development into locally manufactured electric vehicle and infrastructure and partnership to boost renewable energy financing. The year was marked by the development of light electric vehicles, charging station prototypes, partnerships with solar energy vendors and financiers. These early efforts laid the groundwork for locally driven and technically sound mobility and renewable energy solutions tailored for Africa's unique challenges.
In 2023, Qoray transitioned from groundwork to deployment, signing sales contracts with leading Chinese OEMs and formally entering the electric mobility market. The highlight of the year was launching Nigeria's first commercial EV charging station in Lagos, a milestone for the country's e-mobility transition. Qoray also forayed into tourism by launching Torrista at the 2nd World Tourism event. In addition, we generated over 500kVA in clean energy, underscoring our growing footprint in the renewable energy space.
In 2024, Qoray expanded its infrastructure nationwide, deploying 11 DC and AC chargers across strategic locations and commissioning Nigeria's first DC fast-charging station. We assembled 120 electric tricycles to drive inclusive mobility and financed over 2MW of solar energy projects. We also launched Sustainable Heritage Tours, promoting cultural destinations powered by electric vehicles and merging sustainability with tourism.
In 2025, Qoray advanced into nationwide prominence and operational excellence, delivering a fleet of 200 electric vehicles to power Nigeria's premier EV-based ride-hailing service. In the same year, we locally assembled 2,000 electric tricycles, generated over 5MW of clean energy, and set a Guinness World Record for the longest tuk-tuk journey. We capped the year by facilitating sustainable tours and trips on a scale nearly four times the size of Nigeria, reinforcing its role as a leader in clean mobility and renewable energy.
