TalentUp Africa was founded in 2020 by Dr. Cecilia Varendh Mansson. In 2017, Cecilia decided to spend the summer researching skills challenges in West Africa. Insights from that summer laid the foundation for what is TUA today, a recruitment firm with the mission to empower youth in Africa, to give them a better quality of life, by connecting them with global tech companies that need to hire top tech talent.
